Property Photography Herefordshire & Shropshire

In an age where most people search for their new home online, it's more important then ever to get your property images right first time. Rich, well lit, gorgeous images are the key to making a prospective buyer fall in love with the house you are selling. Only then will they move on to the next step of looking at the floorplan, researching the area and booking an appointment to view.

Unfortunately, if a listing shows badly taken images the house you are selling could be dismissed without even getting a second click. And, as we all know, the longer a house remains on the market, the more difficult it becomes to sell.

If that wasn't enough to convince you of the virtues of professional property photography then a recent study showed that buyers value identical properties more generously when presented with professional photographs versus those taken by vendors or agents. Sold!

I undertake work for professional estate agents as well as private vendors looking to sell their properties online on platforms such as Purple Bricks and Teplio.

My point of difference...

As well as the standard room-shots, my point of difference is that I also provide lifestyle and magazine-style shots as part of my photography mix. House buying is such an emotive process that I think it benefits the buyers to be able to see some detail and lifestyle items in the images as this helps them to imagine their own belongings in the property. In addition, I don't use flash for these style of shots as it more accurately depicts the quality of light in a property... this is such an important factor and something you rarely get a sense of until you visit a house.

Property Photography Service

As part of the service, I:

  • negotiate appointments directly

  •  rearrange and dress rooms for best presentation, if required

  •  provide mast photography for the best external elevation angles, if required

  •  individually adjust and edit every image to maximise presentation and appeal

  •  supply fully-edited, high resolution images (suitable for both online use and hard-copy brochures) within 24 hours of the photoshoot via digital download

  •  am fully insured

Hotels, B&Bs, Guest Houses, Holiday Lets & AirBnB

It is essential to convey emotion and a sense of homeliness when photographing a property for guest accommodation. I work with clients to identify and capture your property's most charismatic elements, setting you apart from the competition and highlighting what makes a stay at your hotel or guest house unique.
